Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 ART Lens – Canon EF-S Mount

The Sigma 18-35mm ƒ/1.8 ART Lens – for EF-S mount – took us by surprise here at Brisbane Camera Hire as we’ve been in the game for a combined total of 35 combined years and we’ve never seen a ƒ/1.8 zoom lens.  In saying that, crop-frame cameras (APS-C) have not been around for very long.  Needless to say, we’re rejoicing, as are videographers, journalists and low-light fiends alike!

The 35mm equivalent to this lens is 28.8-56mm so it’s well positioned at the wider ranges of normal and can run ƒ1.8 to ƒ16 throughout the entire zoom range.
